Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rankavi's website and brand mention services, operated by Rankavi LLC ("Rankavi", "we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Rankavi places brand mentions, references to your brand, product, or service, on real, indexed third-party websites. Mentions are unlinked: they do not include a clickable backlink. We offer two ways to get a mention published:

• Self-publish: you write and submit your own article, and it goes live within minutes, with the live URL visible within 24 hours.
• Done-For-You: you give us your website and target, and we handle research, writing, and placement on the monthly cadence you choose.

2. Accounts

You need an account to submit mentions or purchase credits. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate account information, including the email you'll use for order confirmations and login.

3. Credits and payment

Self-publish mentions are purchased as credits. One credit equals one mention. Credits never expire. Done-For-You is billed as a recurring monthly subscription for a fixed number of mentions per month. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. A processing fee is calculated and shown at checkout.

4. Placement guarantee

Every mention comes with a 100% placement guarantee. If your mention is not published, is broken, or returns a 404 error, you get your credit back or a refund, at our discretion, upon request.

We do not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, or that any specific AI system (including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, or any other platform) will mention or recommend your brand. No agency can honestly promise that outcome, since it depends on many factors outside our control.

5. Placement selection

We choose which real, indexed, niche-relevant publication each mention is placed on, for both self-publish and Done-For-You. You cannot request placement on a specific named site.

6. Acceptable use

You may not submit content that is illegal, infringes on someone else's rights, or is deliberately false or misleading. We may decline, remove, or refuse to publish any submission at our discretion, and will credit or refund you for any mention we decline before publication.

7. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting it, you grant Rankavi and the publishing site the right to publish it as a mention. Published mentions may remain live indefinitely and are not guaranteed to be removable on request.

8. Cancellation

Done-For-You subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused self-publish credits are not subscriptions and remain in your account, since they never expire, regardless of whether you continue using the service.

9. No affiliation

Rankavi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, Magento, WordPress, Webflow, OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity, or any other platform referenced on our site or in our marketing.

10. Limitation of liability

Rankavi provides the service "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
