Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Rankavi LLC ("Rankavi", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and who we share it with.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
• Submitted content: the articles, brand names, and target details you submit for a mention.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage data: standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) collected by our hosting provider, Cloudflare.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to deliver the service: creating and managing your account, processing payments, placing and tracking your mentions, sending order and account emails, and responding to support requests. We don't sell your information to third parties.

3. Who we share information with

We share information with the service providers that power Rankavi, each only for the purpose of operating that part of the service:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — account authentication and database hosting
• Resend — transactional email (order confirmations, account emails)
• Ahrefs — domain metrics shown for your published mentions
• Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery and bot protection (Turnstile)

We don't use third-party advertising trackers or sell data to data brokers.

4. Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

Our free tools, such as the AI Visibility Checker, use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against automated abuse. When you use a tool, Turnstile processes limited technical signals, such as your IP address, browser details and device information, to tell people apart from bots. This check runs in the background, and we don't use it to identify or track you. Cloudflare also uses these signals to improve its bot detection. Learn more in Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in and to operate the site. We don't currently run third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and mention history for as long as your account is active, so you can track past placements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us. If you're in a jurisdiction with additional data rights (such as the EU or California), we'll honor requests to the extent required by applicable law.

8. Security

We rely on industry-standard security practices from our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Stripe, Cloudflare) to protect your data, including encryption in transit. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
